RETURN POLICY
You could return the delivered product within 10 days of
delivery if you don’t like it.
For returning the product, we request you to call our
Customer Support number +91-9817778585, between 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM on working
days and we would initiate return process of the product.
Our Support Executive would further update you over the call
about our return or replacement policy.
Please Note, Products on sale is not eligible for return,
refund or exchange.
REFUND POLICY
Full refunds for Eldo Brand products and Shipping Cost will
be given under the following condition:

Misprinted
Goods

Damaged
goods while shipping
If you consider your product falls under any given above
reasons, feel free to contact wansuindusries@gmail.com or +91-9817778585 within 7 (seven)
days of receipt of the product. It will take 10 business days in order to
process any qualifying exchange or return.
For returns of products, you have to provide bank details
with Bank A/c No and IFSC code or cancelled cheque with order details to
reimburse the payment. It would take up to 10 – 15 working days for the amount
to reflect in your account.
